This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through our store operated by Ana María Vásquez (“we,” “our,” or “us”). Our store is connected with Printify, a print-on-demand platform, which manages production and fulfillment of orders. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms set forth below.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, but typically range from 2–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping Time & Costs

Shipping times depend on the production partner, your location, and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are 5–20 business days depending on your region.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on Printify’s fulfillment partner rates.

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that in some regions, tracking may not be available.

International Shipping

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Refund Policy

Because all items are custom-made to order through Printify, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind.

However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
The item received is incorrect compared to your order.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Contact us at editionandphoto@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
If your claim is approved, Printify will manage the return, replacement, or refund process on our behalf.

Exclusions

Returns or refunds will not be granted for incorrect size selection, color variations due to screen settings, or minor differences in product appearance, as these are expected in print-on-demand production.
