All products in our store are made to order through our print-on-demand partner Printify. This means your items are produced especially for you once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Order Processing

  • Standard production time is 2–7 business days.

  • Once your items are ready, they will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions, etc.), processing times may take longer.

Shipping Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected carrier.

  • Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, product size, and weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at editionandphoto@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • We will work with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
