All products are fulfilled through Printify, our print-on-demand production and logistics partner. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Products & Services

All items sold in this store are made-to-order through Printify. Slight variations in color, placement, or size may occur due to the print-on-demand process.
We do not guarantee that your monitor’s display of color will be accurate.
Availability of products may change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify. Processing typically takes 2–7 business days, with shipping times varying based on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by Printify, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control (such as customs delays or natural events).

5. Returns & Refunds

Since products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- The product arrives defective or damaged.
- The wrong product is sent.
To request a replacement or refund, email us at editionandphoto@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including order details and photos.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs, films, designs, and creative works on this website are the exclusive property of Ana María Vásquez and are protected by international copyright law.
No part of this website, including images, text, or designs, may be copied, distributed, or reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
